Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused and unworn.
  • The product is in its original condition and packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, and invoice (if provided) are included.
  • The product shows no signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Exchange Policy

If the size of your Peshawari Chappal does not fit correctly, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and details.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been worn or used.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer use.
  • Customized or specially made orders.
  • Products returned without original packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer, where applicable.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • For approved exchanges due to our error, shipping costs will be covered by us.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are requested to verify the size and product details before placing the order. Refunds and exchanges for COD orders will be handled according to this policy.
